17 Sep 2026	PTP ANNOUNCEMENT: Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) has completed the full restoration of its systems and services, marking the completion of its recovery efforts. All critical systems are now online, with internet connectivity fully restored at 0700 hrs today following final security validation and approval. Customers and stakeholders are now able to access and use PTP’s services as normal, including online transactions for container movements and inspection requests. With all systems and services fully available, temporary manual arrangements for Free Zone customers have concluded. Moving forward, PTP will maintain enhanced system monitoring, further strengthen its cybersecurity measures and continue the necessary forensic activities as part of its post-recovery efforts. PTP thanks our customers, stakeholders and partners for their patience, understanding and cooperation throughout the recovery period.
10 Sep 2026	PTP ANNOUNCEMENT: Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) wishes to provide a further update. Following the commencement of the first phase of manual gate-in processing yesterday, PTP will further extend our interim operational measures to support the restoration of container terminal operations. Effective 1300 hrs today, PTP commences second phase of manual gate processing for below activitiess 1. Live laden reefer for export 2. Empty pick-up from Pelepas Terminal Inland Services (PTIS) Further updates and information on the incident will be provided in due course.
10 Sep 2026	PTP ANNOUNCEMENT: Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) wishes to provide an update. While recovery efforts are progressing, PTP will commence interim operational measures to support the restoration of container terminal operations. Effective 1930 hrs today, PTP will begin manual gate-in processing for laden and empty export containers, including Free Zone Inter Terminal Transfers (ITT). Please take note that live laden reefer export is not allowed under these circumstances. Further updates and information on the incident will be provided in due course.

The designated blocks are as follows :Block 15 (N & P), Block 16 (N, P & Q) Block 17 (N, P & Q), Block 18 (N, P & Q). Moving forward, all handling of empty containers will be at this new block location. For your ease of reference, we have enclosed the updated haulier route map for smoother navigation.
22 Aug 2025	JOFFA ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear Members, We're excited to open registration for the Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH-C) Training Program. Did you know that appointing an Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Coordinator is now compulsory. Under Section 29A of the OSH Act 1994 (Akta 514), any workplace with 5 or more employees must appoint an OSH Coordinator (if no Safety and Health Officer is in place). Employers who fail to comply may face penalties of up to RM50,000 or imprisonment. This program is officially approved by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP) and the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp). The 3-day training course is organised by JOFFA, in collaboration with Intrasource (M) Sdn Bhd, as the training provider. 22 Apr 2025	PTP NOTIFICATION: FULL TERMINATION OF VESSEL CLEARANCE SYSTEM (VCS) IN PELABUHAN TANJUNG PELEPAS (PTP) | The implementation of the Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) at Johor Port Berhad (JPB) and Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) will take effect on 28 April 2025. As part of this transition, the current VCS system will be fully decommissioned. We kindly ask that you share this information with all relevant shipping line agents and other concerned parties to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
